Pizza and Ice-Cream Social
• Buy lots of pizza from slices and eat out at town around 5:00 pm. There should be enough sunlight and we can have a good time at the park.
• Hang out and have some sort of ice-breaker amongst international students.
Purpose: First event to bring out the international students that have arrived, get to know them at a personal level, familiarize them with Hamilton’s history and events that occur on a daily basis.

Place: Park Bench, Downtown
Date: Monday, August 23rd

QA/Picnic
• Have some sort of food, can be catered/home-cooked or worst case just have some coffee and cookies. Just provide some sort of food because Frank won’t be open by then so we’ll have some starving international students.
• Have people know their CIC officials, and encourage any questions, hopefully Mi Seung, Florence, Sehee and me will have arrived by that time.
Purpose: Answer any questions they have regarding coming Regular Orientation, feed them because Frank won’t be open until 26th.
Time: 1:00 pm - till we run out of food

Place: Hamilton Theater
Date: Tuesday, August 24th
